How fast do you ship?

All prints are shipped within 5 to 7 days unless otherwise stated. For originals and other art works shipping times will be communicated to the buyer based on dimensions of the piece(s), times by the postal service, or if the buyer wishes for personal delivery.

Is G.J. Verbruggen willing to personally delivery the artwork?

personal delivery is done on a case by case basis depending on a multiple of factors: delivery location, timeline, budget, and the art work. Please email all personal delivery inquiries to: gjverbruggenart@gmail.com or fill out the form below.

Am I able to return my art print, or other art work?

We encourage you to either regift or repurpose the print.

If it is an original piece returns will be decided on a case by case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible in this instance.

What happens if my art print is lost in the mail?

If you have not received your art print 2 weeks after the delivery date you may be able to receive a replacement. All replacement prints are subjected to availability. If no replacement prints are available a refund can be offered.

For original art works it will be done on a case by case basis.

Are commission slots available?
